Terms of Use

By using our applications, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms apply to all mobile applications developed or published by Muhammad Sadeeq, regardless of category (including but not limited to PDF tools, productivity apps, utility apps, and scanner apps). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of our applications immediately.

1. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account or device while using our apps.

  • You must keep your login credentials (if applicable) secure and private.

  • You agree not to use our apps to post, share, or distribute harmful, abusive, offensive, illegal, or misleading content.

  • You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

  • You may not use the apps for unlawful, deceptive, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to fraud, spam, harassment, or copyright infringement.

  • You must comply with all local, national, and international laws while using our applications.

2. App Usage and Conduct

When using any app by Muhammad Sadeeq, you agree not to:

  • Upload or share content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.

  • Promote unsolicited messages, spam, pyramid schemes, or fake endorsements.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems, user accounts, or backend infrastructure.

  • Disrupt app functionality for other users or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Muhammad Sadeeq reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate these rules, without notice.

3. Content Ownership

  • All app content (text, images, code, design, UI elements, etc.) is protected by copyright and trademark laws and is owned or licensed by Muhammad Sadeeq.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any content without explicit written permission.

  • User-uploaded content remains the user’s responsibility. However, by uploading content through our apps, you grant us a non-exclusive right to store, process, and display it for app functionality purposes.

4. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the apps at any time without prior notice.

5. Free Trials & Subscriptions

Some apps may offer free trials or paid subscriptions for premium features.

  • Free trial eligibility and duration are determined at our sole discretion.

  • At the end of the trial, unless canceled at least 24 hours beforehand, the plan will auto-renew, and your payment method will be charged.

Apple App Store (iOS):

  • Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID.

  • Charges are made to your Apple ID account.

  • Automatic renewal occurs unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current term ends.

  • Refunds for in-app purchases must be requested directly from Apple.

Google Play Store (Android):

  • Subscriptions are managed via your Google account.

  • Charges are made through Google Play.

  • Plans auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds may be requested through Google within 48 hours. After that, contact us at muhammadsadeeq525835qq9214@gmail.com.

6. Refund Policy

We follow the refund rules of each respective platform:

  • Apple App Store: Refunds are handled directly by Apple. We cannot issue or guarantee refunds for Apple purchases.

  • Google Play Store: Users can request a refund via Google within 48 hours. For issues beyond that, contact the developer.

Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription or qualify you for a refund.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

By using our apps, you agree to allow us to collect and process non-sensitive, usage-related data for the purpose of improving app performance, user experience, and analytics.

All data is handled responsibly in accordance with platform guidelines and privacy regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not use any name, logo, domain, template, or design associated with Muhammad Sadeeq’s apps without prior written permission. Any misuse of trademarks, copyright material, or intellectual property will result in legal action.

Feedback, suggestions, and reviews submitted by users may be used by us to improve our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

All apps are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure.

Muhammad Sadeeq shall not be held responsible for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from use or misuse of any of our apps.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our apps to any user, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
